ZeroTouchDigital (ZTD) is a pre-revenue technology startup coming out of stealth mode. Our team of co-founders is redefining how organizations innovate together across asynchronous, ad-hoc environments. Our platform, OMNIA, makes it possible for B2B2B companies to discover, find, connect, and use compute+data from anywhere in real-time. We are commercializing OMNIA in the National Defense and Space industries.

What Skills You Need to Have
Compensation starts at $170K and increases based on the skills you bring to the organization. Location is flexible, as we are a decentralized, remote team.
BS/MS in EE/CS or other applicable discipline
5 - 7 years work experience in software design and implementation
5 - 7 years with large massively distributed, ad-hoc and asynchronous ecosystems
10+ years of experience in software development and expertise in 3+ of the following
Peer-to-peer architectures
Low-level networking
Distributed ad-hoc discovery
Distributed hash-tables and hash-chains
Distributed file systems and share-points
Distributed knowledge representation
Security/privacy/anonymity design
Multi-core micro-processor design
Virtual machine design
Threaded interpreter design
Location independent execution
Plugin/extension design
Concatenative programming languages
Semantic web (RDF/RDFS, OWL)
Ontology and taxonomy design
Java, C/C++, and other languages

What You Will Accomplish
Designs enhancements, updates and programming changes to OMNIA
Responsible for all stages of design, analysis, coding, testing, integration, and deployment
Perform QA. to execute complete testing plans and documentation
Identify, debug and create solutions from issues raised by other teams and end users
Provide domain-specific expertise and overall systems leadership and perspective to entire team
Work with Agile/Scrum teams to provide quality product at the end of each sprint
